Shipping
All items are shipped via Canada Post. A flat fee of 11.99 will be charged for orders within Canada and the United States. All international orders will incur a $20 shipping fee. Note that there is an extra $7.00 fee for Killer Bee purchases.
Shipping Transit Times
Shipping to Canada and the United States take up to 7 business days. International orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
Returns
There are no returns accepted. Defective items will require visual proof of defective parts. If the item is found defective we will provide you with store credit to be used online.
Exchanges
Any used or misused product cannot be exchanged.
